Chimney Rocks Park is nestled in the hills of Hollidaysburg, PA and is the perfect backdrop for a wedding!
Daly and Michael chose to have their wedding ceremony at Chimney Rocks Park because of the amazing views.
Before we arrived at the ceremony location, they wanted to do a first look. I can not tell you how much I love shooting a first look between a bride and groom!
After the couple had their first look, we headed up the mountain to Chimney Rocks.
The city of Hollidaysburg can be seen from the overlook, and the rock facings make for the perfect ceremony location. This hidden gem in Blair County is a must see, and if you haven’t visited it yet, I highly recommend you do! Daly and Michael had their altar set up so their guests had an amazing view of the massive rocks.
As the beautiful ceremony music started playing, it echoed off the rocks, I loved this. The music played like a symphony where sometimes ceremony music is hard to hear outdoors, but not here.
At the conclusion of their wedding, we headed to the reception site, The Columns in downtown Altoona. This is a BEAUTIFUL reception site, and it truly has to be seen in person to appreciate its size.
I love the urban look to Daly and Michael’s photos, and I really appreciate their serious faces in some of these, because it was not easy to get them to quit laughing!
Please enjoy, and feel free to leave them some love in the comments below!
When I saw this stairwell, I knew the dress had to be hung in it.
Daly and Michael’s first look was intimate, and sweet.

Her dress was perfect for the day!
Does anyone else love to see the look on the grooms face when he first sees the bride coming down the aisle?
