The weather in May in Pennsylvania is unpredictable. One minute I am able to take the top off my Jeep, and the next morning there is frost on my windshield. Weddings in May in Pa keep me on my toes. When Rachel and I had our timeline meeting, she was very concerned about the weather forecast on the wedding day. It was calling for heavy rain and wind. My famous words to every couple: well you know I love the rain! It’s true, I can make magic in the rain, now I understand from the bride’s perspective, rain is not ideal.

Rachel said, well I know you do, but I just really wanted your golden hour pictures. Ok, got it. So now I am working my magic with God, putting in a special request that he can part the clouds for Rachel and Justin on Saturday. I love that everyone comes to me with their prayer requests. If you need healing, a new job, a husband, or a change in weather, call Kim and ask her to pray. LOL! But on a serious note, I have always had a very special relationship with God. He hears me, even when I don’t speak, He hears my heart.

So, I have my conversation with God. I wake up on the morning of the wedding…IT IS POURING. No, not just a little rain, I am talking about the kind that blows sideways and floods the streets. YEAH! THAT KIND!

Do you know what I did next? I sent Rachel a text message, which I will put a screenshot of on my Instagram story. I told her that God was going to part the sky for her, because I had absolutely ZERO doubt and all the faith in the world, because He always makes a way for me. Always.
