We love working with amazing clients and provide full transparency of our policies so you have clear expectations.

We believe that every event celebration is unique, and so are each individual couple's needs. Through years of experience of clients asking us to alter our "generic" packages, we have decided on a much more personal approach. We quote every wedding, elopement and portrait session individually. With that in mind, our full wedding collections begin at $4200.

What is your pricing?

We have an amazing workflow that allows us to deliver every wedding client's images to them within 10 weeks of their wedding date. If you are a portrait client, during our regular season, the turnaround time is 2 weeks. During our busy portrait seasons, the turnaround time can take 3 weeks.

When will I receive my wedding images?

We appreciate your trying to help, however, we are very detail-oriented and have a very specific process we follow to ensure you receive every shot you want, and more than you thought possible! Take comfort in knowing you can sit back, relax and let us handle everything for you on wedding, elopement or portrait day! We encourage you to let us know of any planned moments, special people or details that we should know about.

Should I provide you with a shot list?

How do we get a hand-tailored proposal?

Kim has personally never missed a single wedding due to illness or an emergency. She and her associate have shown up with a broken leg and crutches, and have even been in a car accident on wedding day, and still showed up for their couples. Short of an act of God, she will be there for you. If she absolutely can not make it, we would return your full investment to you if we are unable to find a replacement that is similar in style and caliber to us.

What if KJ can't make it?

We believe that a truly great artist focuses their talent on one individual service. Kim has spent years training and mastering the art of photography so she can provide each client with the absolute best final product imaginable. However, we do curate an Instagram highlight reel of your wedding day, and have a list of recommended vendors to choose from!

Do you offer videography?

In order to preserve our aesthetic and style while also giving you the look you're striving for, we provide each client with a detailed styling guidance. We will collaborate with you on every detail of your wardrobe options.

What should we wear to our session?

As we mentioned before, every wedding, elopement and portrait session is unique. We may be offered more portrait time with one bride and then only have 15 minutes with the next. We unfortunately do not give an exact number of images to expect, simply because we are unsure what to expect ourselves. 

How many images will I get?

We know that rain on your wedding day may sound like it could ruin everything, but it should be the least of your concerns! Kim has a lot of experience shooting in unpredictable weather, and has actually grown rather fond of rain on the wedding day. However, it is not what we pray for. We will work with your planner to come up with a contingency plan if unforeseen weather makes an appearance on your special day.

What if it rains?

Absolutely! It is our pleasure to hand-tailor every collection to fit each individual client. Please use our Contact Form to email us your wish list so we can curate a collection that is 100% yours.

Can we customize our collection?

One of the most personal aspects of our process is telling the story of your wedding or elopement day. Kim does this through her creative direction on your special day. If you choose to invest in one of our one-of-a-kind heirloom albums, Kim will design and layout your wedding/elopement day images in such a way that it narrates your story beautifully.

Who chooses the images for our album?

The wonderful thing about having a hand-tailored collection that is 100% your own is that this choice is 100% yours. If you value high-resolution digital images, you may absolutely request that this is included in your bespoke collection proposal.

Are the high-resolution images included?

We have two French Bulldogs, and absolutely LOVE working with dogs! With that being said, your dogs should be well behaved and listen to commands from you when asked. This is extra important for our large furry friends, and ones with a ton of energy! We have worked with many dogs, from Great Dane's to Frenchies, all sizes are welcome!

Can we include our dogs?

We require a signed contract to schedule your event date. 

1.

We require a non-refundable retainer to schedule your wedding/elopement/portrait session. Portrait sessions require the entire session fee to be paid upfront.

2.

The Photographer may need to reschedule your portrait session, including engagement sessions multiple times due to weather, emergencies, or other acts of God.

4.

Clients are only permitted to reschedule their portrait sessions one time unless they can provide proof of a family or medical emergency. The client is required to give 14 days' notice via email of any requests to reschedule. Not doing so will result in forfeiture of all payments and the session will be canceled with no refund.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, ever. You will receive a credit for the amount of your session applied to your account which can be redeemed within 12 months of your original session date if things do not work out.

The photographer has the right to terminate the contract with the client.

6.

The Client is required to communicate with us via email only. The Client under no circumstances has permission to call or text our cell phone numbers. On the day of your session, we will communicate via GroupMe, so please make sure you have the app downloaded.

7.

If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. The client contract includes a non-disparagement agreement, which also applies to family members.

8.

Only the client who signs the contract should be communicating with us unless there is an emergency in which the client can not communicate with us.

9.

Clients who do not speak respectfully, bully, harass, sexually harass, make inappropriate comments, intimidate, or use vulgar language with the photographer directly violate the law and our Christian faith. Doing so will terminate your contract immediately, and all payments as always are non-refundable.
